It is managed by two of Otto Cornelis Kaligis’s sons, Caesario David Kaligis and Eric Frisco Kaligis, who are described as prominent litigation lawyers in Indonesia.

Perkenalkan nama saya Rahel Jasmine mahasiswi dari Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. Pengalaman magang di Kaligis & Associates sungguh menyenangkan dan memiliki banyak pengalaman baru karena saya diajarkan banyak hal mengenai legal research, menyusun draft dokumen hukum, hingga membantu persiapan berkas untuk persidangan.
Selain itu, lingkungan kerja di Kaligis & Associates sangat suportif sehingga dalam proses magang saya dapat membantu saya memahami hal-hal baru mengenai hukum dan para mentor juga sangat terbuka dalam memberikan arahan, masukan, serta berbagi pengalaman praktis yang tidak saya dapatkan di kelas.
Selain meningkatkan kemampuan teknis di bidang hukum, pengalaman magang saya juga melatih soft skills saya, seperti ketelitian, manajemen waktu, komunikasi, dan kemampuan bekerja dalam tim.
Saya belajar untuk bekerja dengan standar tinggi, menjaga kerahasiaan klien, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap setiap tugas yang diberikan. Pengalaman ini tidak hanya memperluas wawasan saya tentang dunia profesional, tetapi juga semakin memantapkan langkah saya untuk berkarier di bidang hukum ke depannya. Saya sangat bersyukur atas kesempatan magang ini karena telah menjadi fondasi penting dalam perjalanan karier saya.
